2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for rimming
2 ounces dark creme de cacao (recommended: Dekuyper)
1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (recommended: Bailey’s)
1 ounce hazelnut liqueur (recommended: Frangelico)
1 ounce light creamMint sprigs, for garnish

Dip the rim of each glass in water and then in the cocoa powder; set aside.Pour the remaining ingredients, except for the mint, in a cocktail shaker, half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and serve.Makes 2 servings. *This is a great substitue for the chocolate martini.
